Koster Wedding Day

Five years to the day (December 31st), my mom and Howard Koster got married. Their first "date" was on that New Years Eve back in 2005. Howard always tells the story about that night. Mom was so nervous for him to come over, that she had my brother Mike stay with them the whole time to act as a guardian. Howard wore a baby blue colored shirt with khaki pants that night; thus the reason for a similar outfit on the day of the wedding.
The ceremony was held at Holy Spirit church in Carroll. Only the kids (& the kids spouses) were there. Very intimate. After the ceremony, we had a photographer take some new family photos.

(Kenzie looked beautiful all dressed up!)
(All the kids were there to support the lovebirds)
Signing the marriage license to make it official. Nick Koster and I were the honorary kids to sign the paperwork.

Back at the house before the reception began. They decided to have a small open house at their house. Lidderdale Country Store catered the food (YUM) and we had a bartender brought in. The whole evening was pretty casual, just the way they wanted it. By the end of the night, we had a group doing wii's Dancing with the stars. Quite a sight to see!
